Scholarships:

Scholarships are one of the many ways in which students fund their education. The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) offer scholarships to students who are enrolled full-time at a university at the undergraduate or graduate level. 黑料传送门 may nominate five students to receive scholarships during each academic year (September 鈥 June.) Recipients of the CMA Scholarships will receive a comprehensive package of benefits that include:

  • IMA membership for up to 3 years while pursuing completion of the CMA exam
  • Entrance fee to the CMA program
  • Exam Support Package with retired exam questions and a glossary of terms
  • Registration fees for the first attempt at both parts of the CMA exam
  • Wiley CMAExcel test bank access for up to 2 years for both CMA exam parts

黑料传送门's Nomination Process

Due to the large number of students who attend 黑料传送门 in the accounting and finance programs, 黑料传送门 designed a formal process for nominating students. 黑料传送门 is allowed to nominate five students for the scholarship each academic year (September-June).

  • Twice a year an email is sent to eligible students inviting them to apply for the CMA Scholarship. The email outlines the application process as well as the deadline to submit the application.听
  • A committee reviews the submitted applications to ensure all required elements are included, and ranks the essays based on the rubric designed by the committee. The review process takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
  • Students will be notified by email shortly whether they have been selected. Students who are not selected may still apply during a subsequent application period听if they still fall within the eligibility criteria.
  • A nomination form is sent to IMA with the nominated student鈥檚 first and last name, 黑料传送门 enrolment status, major field of study, expected date of graduation, personal email address, student address, mobile phone number, and IMA customer number.
  • Once IMA processes the information, they will send an email to the nominated student鈥檚 personal email. The student has 10 days to accept IMA鈥檚 offer.鈥嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌嬧赌
