ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ

ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ will reimburse the cost of any ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ single course or two-course bundle for students who enroll in a single or bundled course on or after July 1, 2024, start a ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ full-time degree program within 90 days of completing the single course offering, and matriculate into a ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ degree program (as defined below). All participating students will be reimbursed via their original form of payment within your first term.

To participate in this offer, you must:

(a) enroll in a single or two-course bundle at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ on or after July 1, 2024;

(b) successfully complete the single course or bundle of courses you originally enrolled in through ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ;

(c) matriculate (as defined below) into a ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ degree program within ninety (90) days from the date you complete your single or bundled ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ course;

(d) be at least fourteen (14) years of age with a U.S. high school diploma or the equivalent; and

(e) reside in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or otherwise meet the requirements of ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ’s International Students Policy.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, you will matriculate when you i.) enroll in a ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ degree program; and ii.) complete at least one of the First-Term Critical Actions as outlined in ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ’s First-Term Critical Actions Policy.

Students in a corporate partner program are not eligible for reimbursement under these terms and conditions.

Please note that this offer is limited to two (2) ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ single courses or one (1) ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ two-course bundle per student, up to a maximum of one hundred and ninety-nine dollars ($199). Reimbursements will only be provided through your original form of payment and will not include any monthly extensions required to complete your single or bundled course.

Because laws in each state are different, some restrictions may apply where you live. 

ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ reserves the right to disqualify you from this offer at any point if you make any misrepresentations in the information you provide to ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ at any time or violate any of the terms outlined herein.  

ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and any of its terms at any time, for any reason. If we make any material modifications or cancellations, we will notify you. 

ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender, class, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, disability, or on the basis of any other protected class.

Any disputes about this offer will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. The courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah (state and federal) shall have sole jurisdiction.
