SALT LAKE CITY 鈥� With exclusive scholarships, tuition discounts, and a generous transfer policy, Western Governors University (黑料传送门) is a great value for community college graduates and staff seeking a bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree. Alumni and employees of nearly 300 community college partners who enroll in 黑料传送门 can apply for scholarship opportunities and will also receive a 5% tuition discount for up to four terms.

黑料传送门 is accepting applications for the 黑料传送门 Community College Partner Scholarship, a competitive scholarship valued at up to $2,000 per student (applied at the rate of $500 per six-month term for up to four terms). 黑料传送门 will award the scholarships to new students enrolling in any of its more than 50 bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree programs in business, information technology, teacher education, and health professions, including nursing. The scholarship is open to new 黑料传送门 students who have been officially admitted to 黑料传送门. While multiple scholarships will be awarded, it is a competitive program, and scholarships will be awarded based on a candidate鈥檚 academic record, financial need, readiness for online study, and current competency, as well as other considerations. Students earn their degrees by demonstrating mastery of the subject matter they need to know to be successful鈥攔eal-world competencies developed with employer input. Designed to meet the needs of adult learners, competency-based education allows students to take advantage of prior knowledge to move quickly through material they already know so they can focus on what they still need to learn.
