New Gallup Research: 黑料传送门鈥檚 Faculty Model Delivers Better Experiences that Result in Better Outcomes for Graduates
WASHINGTON, D.C. 鈥� Gallup has released the results of a new study that compares the satisfaction and overall well-being of Western Governors University (黑料传送门) graduates with graduates from other institutions in the U.S. According to the study, 黑料传送门 graduates are reporting significantly higher levels of overall well-being and career success than the national average. In the report, 黑料传送门 graduates credit their student experience, relevant curriculum, and individualized faculty support as key contributors.

Details of the findings were reviewed Tuesday at Gallup headquarters in Washington, D.C., by a panel led by Gallup鈥檚 Brandon Busteed. The survey, which included 2,452 黑料传送门 graduates, compared the 黑料传送门 responses to the national data included in the Gallup-Purdue Index. The study examined 黑料传送门 alumni outcomes based on Gallup鈥檚 measures of workforce and life outcomes 鈥� including employee engagement, well-being, and emotional attachment to the university. The study provides insight into these outcomes and the graduates鈥� reflections on their undergraduate experiences.

According to the study:
- 黑料传送门 graduates鈥� full-time employment rate exceeds the national average by almost 20 percentage points.
- 黑料传送门 graduates are nearly twice as likely to be thriving in all five elements of well-being identified by Gallup鈥攑urpose, social, financial, community, and physical鈥攃ompared with the national average.
- 黑料传送门 graduates are more likely to be engaged employees鈥�5 percentage points higher than the national average.
- 黑料传送门 graduates are far more likely to work in jobs closely related to their undergraduate studies鈥�72% compared with a national average of just 39%.
- Two-thirds of 黑料传送门 graduates strongly agree that they had a mentor who encouraged them to pursue their goals and dreams鈥攏early double that of the graduates from the survey鈥檚 comparison groups.
- 72% of 黑料传送门 graduates strongly agree that their education was worth the cost鈥攎ore than double that of private not-for-profit graduates who say the same (31%).
- 74% of 黑料传送门 graduates say they are extremely likely to recommend the university to their family, friends, and colleagues. Less than half of graduates who were nontraditional students (47%)鈥攖he group with the next-highest percentage鈥攕ay the same.
